Suite à l’initiative et à la pétition de badadev.com demandant à Samsung d’autoriser la pub dans les applications Bada présentes sur l’ Application Store, Samsung a officiellement répondu sous la forme suivante:

Dear badadevs,

We have read about your concerns regarding advertising within bada apps
on badadev.com.

Our core focus as platform provider is to make bada developers happy,
and we have come to an agreement to speed up the process of allowing
advertising within the apps to support developers better.

However, because this involves several legal issues, we need to make
sure that our current terms and conditions do not have any problems. We
hope this will not take too long and expect we should be able to start
approving applications with advertising towards the end of Sept.

We truly appreciate your thoughts and concerns to support bada
developers better and look forward to more insights.

Cette réponse formelle amène un certain nombre de réflexions quant à la politique menée par Samsung pour son store et son OS phare, Bada.
